To keep up with our rapid growth we are looking for a Programmatic Trader.

About this role

The programmatic team is a group driven to deliver highly effective campaigns through data targeting, audience targeting, and contextual targeting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programmatic trading in self-service demand side platforms (DSPs). The Programmatic Trader will lead the team in implementing programmatic media buys across different country.


  • Oversee the targeting and media strategy of assigned advertiser accounts
  • Deliver all campaigns in full and on time, meeting or exceeding client performance benchmarks
  • Collaborate with Operation teams to develop solutions that will enhance our operational efficiency and improve client performance
  • Contribute to pre-sales planning on campaign structure, build-out and execution which will influence delivery success metrics.
  • Traders may also act as client contacts, providing feedback and recommendations to clients on how to spend their advertising budget.
  • Each DSP has specific quirks and special instructions. It’s up to the Trader to both handle these differences and educate clients on what is in the realm of possibility.


Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of digital media work and DSP trading experience
  • Buying or Hands on Platform
  • Managing Campaign in DSP in the past
  • Preferred higher-educated (media, marketing, math or IT) or demonstrated experience in a similar business environment
  • Advanced computer skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet)
  • Desire and ability to learn new technical skill sets such as using an API to automate campaigns
  • Experience with web languages including HTML, JavaScript, and SQL
  • Experience with DSP’s, SSP’s, DMP’s, PMP’s


Many of these skills are essential to success as a Programmatic Trader as they will be needed regularly. The ability to learn and adapt quickly is critical to success. While many employers provide on-the-job training, the field of programmatic advertising is evolving extremely quickly. Employees need to stay up-to-date on the latest information and be aware of any issues so they may be proactively managed.

While programmatic trading is highly focused on results and data, it remains important to have good communication and presentation skills. Client relationships are paramount in this field, and everyone at an agency needs to focus on their client’s success
