Strategic Executive

We specialise in strategic brand advice and in coaching brands & companies in the ‘for profit’ and ‘non-profit’ sector on their positioning, strategy and communication. We are part of BBDO Belgium. Your role
Active involvement in strategic brand projects

• Organization of qualitative research through group discussions and 1-to-1 expert interviews
• Desk research on brands and communication
• Practical preparation of workshops with clients
• Research for and participation in brand and communication reviews
  
  

Account follow-up of creative brand projects

• Internal planning of creative and production resources at BBDO
• Briefing and follow-up of design projects with BBDO Design: brand books & style guides
• Briefing and follow-up of brand movies with BBDO Design and BBDO RTV production
• Follow-up of creative brand campaigns both offline and online
• Follow up media campaigns with BBDO Media or external media agencies

 

Office management : administrative and financial support of the unit

• Agenda management and scheduling of meetings
• Preparation and follow-up of budgets and monthly invoicing
• Weekly status overviews
• Daily screening of EBP tenders and administrative processing of tenders (requesting documents - guarantee - submitting specifications...)
• Keeping Think website up-to-date
• Onboarding of interns

 

Your profile

• General interest in brands and branding
• Minimal experience as an Account Executive or Project Manager in an agency or other company
• Knowledge of online & offline communication channels
• Love working in a small unit
• Positive spirit
• Hands-on mentality
• Well-structured and accurate
• Dutch – French – English
