Cheil Benelux is looking for an enthusiastic Video Editor to strengthen our driven and diverse team in Amsterdam and to work together on challenging projects.

The job

Cheil is looking for a Video Editor with traditional skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI, to work with our diverse creative team of concept developers, designers and creators. You will become part of the content production team that is part of the creative floor of the agency. From localizing major international campaigns to making promos or editing your own productions; it's all done.

The ideal candidate (i.e. YOU)

Are you a creative video editor with traditional skills and an interest in new technologies such as AI? As a team player you can work effectively with concept developers, designers, editors and filmmakers. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience and can show us various examples of work you have created. With flexibility and adaptability, you will be ready to tackle diverse projects and combine traditional expertise with innovative approaches.

Key responsibilities:

You edit videos from promos, TVCs to online & social videos
You think creatively and substantively about the editing and work closely with creatives and designers
You always aim for the best possible end result, can work autonomously, and deliver your own videos Requirements:
You have about 3 years of experience as a video editor and experience with Premiere Pro, demonstrably with created work
HBO work and thinking level
Knowledge of graphic design/DTP (Photoshop, and possibly Illustrator)
After Effects and/or Motion Graphics are a plus
You speak fluent Dutch and English, spoken and
You live in the Netherlands, preferably the Amsterdam area
You are flexible in working hours, work quickly, orderly, accurately and structured
You are communicative, have good time management skills and a sense of responsibility
You enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment, with like-minded and great colleagues
