The job

Working with one of the most innovative brands in the world and reporting to the Belgium Division lead, this position (together with the Retail Manager) acts as the first point of contact for the client on an operational level. This position will experience daily interactions with retail colleagues in Belgium and The Netherlands, graphic studio correspondents and suppliers alike to execute the A to Z of retail projects while developing strategic storylines.

The ideal candidate (i.e. YOU)

If you are a cool colleague who knows how to get things done, you like to work hard but play harder and are you interested in new technologies without necessarily being tech-savvy, then this could be the role for you! The perfect candidate will have speed in thinking and always keep a cool head. You will be a talented organizer, provide structure and be secure in your approach (check, check and check again) – always keeping a close eye on projects.

There will of course always be a fantastic team ready and willing to help should you need it, but we do want someone who is collegial and communicative to help us get things done right.

Key responsibilities:

Translate briefings from the client into a content briefing for the agency and its suppliers
Manage communication materials and progress updates with relevant stakeholders
Project budgetary and administration management (with support from the Retail Manager)
Interpret and relay technical sheets and technical requirements for marketing materials to subcontractors and the internal studio.

Requirements:

At least 3 years’ experience as an Account Executive in a retail, advertising or relevant marketing agency (or applicable/equivalent experience)
Have experience with a wide range of communication mediums both offline and online – and a good graphic understanding
Print, banners, videos, and offline media should hold no secrets for you!
You are hands on, to-the-point, meticulous, efficient and goal-oriented. You can take the lead and make decisions independently. You are not afraid to dive deep into operations.
You are service oriented, but dare to set
You are fluent in Dutch, French and
